Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Denton, TX | 6-month contract

What You'll Do:

• Provide care for patients - manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
• Perform computer data entry - Receive full training.
• Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, ICF-IDD Regulations, Facility Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.

Requirements:

• Must possess valid LVN license.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience
• Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements.
• Must pass drug screen, background check & fingerprinting
• Must complete facility and HHSC required training.

Schedule:

• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sunday - Saturday
• Note: Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs.

Able to start any day during the week, given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements.
