• Locations : Danville, IL
• Position : Family Medicine (Outpatient)
• Start date : 60-90 Days
• Schedule : Mon-Fri, 8-5pm
• Call : Rotating call every 4-5 weeks for 1 full week at a time
• Job Description : Typical outpatient Primary Care services
• Patient Population : All Ages
• PPD : 18-21 PPD
• EMR : Epic
