A company is looking for a Bilingual French / English Customer Service Agent for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
Document customer interactions and follow up on complaints to ensure resolution
Required Qualifications
At least one year of high-volume call center experience
Must be fluent in both English and French
Proficient in using computers and familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office
Experience in both inbound and outbound customer service environments
Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a professional demeanor
