A company is looking for a Business Development Manager for the Large Market team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle for large market clients, from prospecting to closing agreements
Build relationships with executives and HR decision-makers to identify business challenges and position solutions
Develop and execute territory sales plans through various outreach methods and represent the company at local events
Required Qualifications
Proven success in B2B sales with a focus on proactive outreach and cold calling
Experience selling to large organizations with complex needs (75+ employees)
Expertise in managing consultative sales processes and closing high-value deals
Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate long sales cycles
Must obtain Hawaii State Resident Producer License for Accident & Health within 3 months of hire
