Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver exceptional service and meet deadlines. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of lending guidelines and products to provide accurate information to clients. A Great Work Ethic and Winning Attitude : Passionate about delivering excellent service and achieving results. Experience : Minimum of 2 years of mortgage loan processing experience (required). Experience in third-party origination is a plus. Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to interact effectively with team members and clients. Attention to Detail : Ability to manage multiple loan files while ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines. Education : High School Diploma required; college coursework preferred.
