Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the overall strategy for event planning and execution
Lead and manage the event planning and production team, fostering collaboration and accountability
Oversee the sourcing, planning, coordination, and delivery of various events and meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CMP certification preferred
Minimum of 12 years of experience in event planning, convention management, or hospitality
Experience managing multiple teams or functions with strategic decision-making authority
Ability to work autonomously at a management level with minimal supervision
Demonstrated expertise in delivering centralized event operations
