Job Title : Director of Human Resources and Talent

Location : Kenosha, WI

Salary Range : $120,000 - $160,000

About the Role :

Our client is seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Human Resources and Talent to lead our HR function across multiple business units. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving cultural transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and evolve HR strategy across multiple operating companies.
  • Champion a unified company culture through strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee compliance, employment law, and multi-state HR administration.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing HR team.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align talent strategy with business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR systems and processes, with a strong preference for ADP expertise.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development (Master's preferred).
  • SHRM-SCP certification required.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including team management and strategic influence.
  • Proven success in leading HR across diverse business units.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and multi-state HR practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ADP systems strongly encouraged.
