RESPONSIBILITIES :

• As an Facilities Maintenance Mechanic, you are responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of all equipment and building systems. This includes preventative maintenance on all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, high purity water system, industrial waste water treatment systems as well as building and grounds.
• Duties will include daily rounds and readings, taking water samples, basic to intermediate preventative and non preventative maintenance procedures on fans, motors, blowers, chillers, boilers, pumps, vessels, valves, control systems, and other unit operations.
• Candidate will be required to do basic to intermediate level troubleshooting on facilities systems and make repairs, as necessary.
• Candidate will be required to access the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to obtain work orders as well as entering maintenance / repair information.
• Candidate will be required to interface regularly with the Engineering staff, other Facilities Technicians, and Vendors
