Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily project activities, including documentation and communication, to ensure smooth operations.
• Enter and maintain accurate project data in internal systems throughout each project's lifecycle.
• Support project teams by managing reports, organizing files, and facilitating communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare and process pre-billing packets to enable timely and accurate invoicing.
• Update and monitor job costing information, ensuring proper allocation of labor, materials, and expenses.
• Generate and deliver cost analysis and project billing reports to relevant teams.
• Assist with compliance-related tasks such as preparing lien waivers and certified payroll reports.
• Ensure payroll and project documentation align with state, federal, and prevailing wage requirements.
• Maintain organized, compliant records for audits and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure billing accuracy and alignment with project timelines.
