Lead the UNFI West Field Sales team and manage annual strategic joint business plans

Drive efficient base and merchandising programs to optimize ROI and ensure superior execution of business plans

Mentor and develop direct reports while fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve business growth

Required Qualifications

People-first mindset with experience in training and developing diverse sales teams

Strong sales and analytical background

Significant experience in building customer and team relationships

Strong financial acumen with an understanding of profit and revenue drivers

Proven strategic thinking and planning abilities
