We're looking for creative, analytical and entrepreneurial college graduates to join RF|Binder's prestigious Associate Program in the Summer or Fall of 2026. All academic majors are encouraged to apply and a demonstrated interest in marketing, consulting, public relations or brand management is encouraged. Our Associate Program is a full-time job, and a jumpstart to a successful career in public relations, communications, consulting and business leadership at RF|Binder. As part of this program, Associates will have ample opportunity to learn, grow, and develop core skill sets that will set you up for continued growth at RF|Binder. Our incoming team will dive into the ever-evolving world of communications while working across client teams as an integral part of our firm.

Associates who are accepted into the program will be exceptional individuals with strong emotional intelligence as well as proven experience in team management, strategic analysis and project execution from their time in academia, internships, campus life, jobs, student organizations, and entrepreneurial pursuits. Associates must drive impact for their teams and clients, and maintain a curiosity and eagerness to learn in order to grow on a personal and professional level as well as to positively impact their teams and the firm.

Your first year (and beyond!) as an Associate will include :

• In-depth onboarding where Associates learn the "RF|Binder way" and develop working relationships with senior leaders at the firm, including CEO, Amy Binder, and President, Rebecca Binder.
• Learning & Development curriculum curated and taught by top leaders across the firm, focusing on core consulting, communications and marketing skill sets.
• Training on leading data and analytics tools and technologies, and a focus on how to generate insights and impact from data.
• A Development Leader who will provide guidance and support in your career path as you articulate your professional goals and revisit them throughout the year, including a 3 month goal-setting, a 6 month check-in, and an annual performance review.
• Participation in our Mentorship Program, where we are learning from each other, both in traditional mentorship and reverse mentorship. Each Associate is assigned both a mentor who has grown from the Associate level in recent years, as well as a senior mentor who is further along in their career.
• Quarterly Hour to Empower, where outside speakers who are leaders and changemakers in their fields share best practices and experiences.
• Active client and new business development work.
