What youll do...

Develops communicates and leverages a strategic vision aligned with company market and local plans and tactics to direct the management teamand management and hourly associates in facility operations The annual salary range for this position is $110000.00 - $170000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

• Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
• Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

State Pay Differential :

This job has an additional differential to meet legislative requirements where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelors Degree and 2 years general management experience including financial accountability and 4 years experience supervising at least 50

nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates / employees including performance management mentoring hiring and termination; OR 4 years
