Additional Position Details : Union Position | FTE : 0.9 | Full Time | 3rd Shift - Nights Patterned Position Information : This is a physically demanding position where staff frequently have to lift, push, pull, move, 50lbs throughout each shift. Teamwork is essential for our unit. Salary : Wages are between $51.92 - $74.80 an hour. Increases are based on years of experience in the field. Plus, you will earn shift differentials for swing, night, and weekend hours : $2.50 extra for working between 3 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm $10.00 extra for working between 11 : 01pm and 7 : 00am $2.50 extra for working weekends External candidates may be eligible for Relocation Assistance! Position Summary The Inpatient Rehabilitation Center (IRC) is a multidisciplinary distinct-part facility located in the 2 West unit of the hospital. It serves referrals from outside and within Asante facilities. Comprised of 15 beds, the unit includes space for therapy (gym, kitchen, and so forth) and a dining room. The predominant diagnoses are stroke (37%), spinal cord (16%), LE amputation (7%) and multi-trauma (7%). It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
