Lead and oversee all aspects of public affairs project management for Gilead Sciences.

Required Knowledge, Experience, Skills :

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
• Experience working in a complex organization, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage senior executive teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential roadblocks or delays.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide timely and accurate updates to senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project management.
• Manage project resources and budget to ensure cost-effective delivery of projects.
• Stay current on industry trends and market dynamics to inform project strategies and decision-making.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to drive overall business success.
