Household Staff Member - Part Time

An active, professional couple in Marlboro, MA is seeking a hands-on, experienced Household Staff Member to join their household team. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and takes pride in organizing and maintaining our home. This is a part-time, flexible position which may require occasional childcare duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage organization of our home, improving systems for closets, storage, and children's spaces over time
  • Oversee household calendar, appointments, and schedules
  • Grocery shopping, meal planning, meal prepping and kitchen organization
  • Laundry
  • Occasionally pick up / drop off children
  • Occasionally watching littles during important meetings
  • Run errands, manage deliveries and returns
  • Liaise with cleaners, contractors, and service providers

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ year experience in a similar role within a private residence
  • Courteous, professional, discreet, and respectful of privacy; must sign a confidentiality agreement.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with strong communication skills.
  • Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent in English, with strong reading and writing skills.
  • Physically able to perform all job duties; non-smoking and drug-free.
  • Professional appearance and long-term intent preferred.
  • Must have verifiable references, valid U.S. work authorization, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

    • Schedule : This is a 20-30 hour a week position with flexibility with the schedule

    Pay : $20 / hr.-$30 / hr. - Depending on Experience
