Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate dealer signups and launches for SmartPath Rental.
• Support product testing coordination and related validation activities.
• Partner with engineering and internal business stakeholders to track progress and remove blockers.
• Manage schedules tasks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Provide general project coordination and operational support as adoption scales.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong critical thinking skills with a self-starter mindset.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities (many moving parts).

No strong technical background required but must be comfortable understanding functional workflows (ex : scheduling and invoicing processes).

Preferred / Bonus Skills :

Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency (e.g. drafting test cases release notes coordination support)

Experience Level :

Open to entry-level or mid-level professionals - the focus is on mindset ownership and execution ability rather than years of experience.

Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.

Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.

Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki / Knowledge Base.

Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
