Warehouse / Counter Service Full Time / Non-Exempt

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to our "Customer First" standards, both in person and over the phone.
• Efficiently pull and load customer orders while following safe material handling procedures.
• Generate accurate paperwork, including invoices and purchase orders.
• Process customer returns and warranties promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and facility.
• Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working in the Mobile Home Industry is a plus but not required. Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude. Proficiency in computer operations and Prophet 21 software. Ability to read and understand invoices and product descriptions. Must be 18 years of age to operate a forklift.

Work Environment :

Join a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Expect a dynamic atmosphere with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures. Safety is paramount in this role, which may require physical exertion, including bending, climbing, and lifting. This is a safety-sensitive position.
