Our client, a respected boutique litigation law firm based in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary Commercial Litigation Paralegal to assist their attorneys during a busy trial preparation period. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for an experienced paralegal to contribute immediately in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all phases of trial preparation, including organizing case files and exhibits.
- Create and maintain trial and exhibit binders (both electronic and hard copy).
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw and summarize findings.
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Manage discovery materials and maintain document organization for ongoing litigation.
- Provide general litigation support as needed to attorneys and staff.
