What you’ll do :

Prepare our bread and pastry recipes from scratch to produce consistent results

Complete your prep list, follow all specs, and stock food as needed

Portion all the products, follow the recipes, and always make sure the presentation looks great

Keep it clean!  Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your workstation stays clean and organized, and follow all the food handling standards
