Opportunity : MRI Tech - MRI Tech

Job Details :

  • Work 3 shifts per week Monday through Friday between 6 : 45 AM to 7 : 15 PM (12-hour shifts)
  • Work in a mobile MRI unit operated by Rayus for the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute
  • Mobile unit will remain stationary in one location (semi-truck that does not move)
  • Start date of 1 / 12 / 2026 with unit opening 1 / 19 / 2026 - help set up new operation
  • Work as lone technologist with physician communication responsibilities
  • Perform approximately 14 scans / studies per day
  • Common imaging includes Brain, Spine, MRA, Body (Abdomen, Pelvis, Chest), MSK (Long Bone, Joints)
  • Must be able to start IVs
  • Work with Siemens equipment using EPIC EMR and Fuji PACS systems
  • No weekend, holiday, call, or standby requirements
  • Grey scrubs required (not provided)
  • Required certifications : BLS (AHA), ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT, West Virginia MRI license
  • Cancellation policy : 2 shifts per 13-week assignment, 1 shift for shorter assignments
  • Desired staffing model includes 1 Tech with 2 TAs

The facility utilizes state-of-the-art mobile MRI technology through partnership with leading imaging providers to deliver comprehensive diagnostic services. The organization maintains high standards for patient care with in-house radiologists and modern equipment to support complex neurological evaluations and treatments.
