What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Document and report security-related incidents or suspicious activity according to company and site guidelines.

Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information and direction as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related concerns and support site operations.

Minimum Requirements :

Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance required.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

CPR and First Aid is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
