Handling cash and card transactions efficiently. Complying with all health and safety regulations. Proven experience as a bartender. Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Must be reliable and punctual. Availability to work the specified hours. Must be of legal drinking age and have the necessary certifications (e.g., Responsible Beverage Service Training).

We are seeking a reliable bartender with 1-3 years experience to join our team at Aventura Sailing Club in the scenic Dana Point Harbor. We are a members only club and positive relationships with our members is key. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and is dependable with positive communication skills. Must follow California Department of Alcohol Control guidelines and rules.
Hours :
Thursday : 3 : 30 PM - 9 : 30 PM
- Friday : 3 : 30 PM - 9 : 30 PM
- Saturday : 3 : 30 PM - 10 : 00 PM
