Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager oversees the management and upkeep of our facility, vehicle fleet, warehouse inventory, and other assets. This role ensures our workspace operates efficiently, looks professional, and provides the best possible environment for our team and customers.
Responsibilities include managing the fleet of vehicles, trailers, and GPS tracking systems, operating motor vehicles, forklifts, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring timely vehicle servicing, repairs, and tire replacements, performing small equipment repairs, part replacements, and regular maintenance checks, overseeing facility upkeep, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards, conducting quarterly HVAC inspections and equipment inventory reports, controlling and maintaining inventory of consumables, job site signage, and tools, negotiating with vendors, ordering supplies, and managing vendor contracts, reviewing vendor pricing and performance bi-quarterly, coordinating building maintenance, waste disposal, landscaping, snow removal, and security, partnering with all departments and levels of staff to ensure seamless interdepartmental communication and collaboration, supporting warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety at all times, and maintaining a showroom-quality environment that reflects Paul Davis's professionalism and brand standards.
What you bring includes the ability to operate a forklift, 2+ years of proven experience as a Facilities or Warehouse Manager, mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience maintaining vehicles or small equipment, vendor negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple vendor relationships, exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other basic software tools, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed, and a positive, team-oriented attitude with a "get it done" mentality.
