This strategic role partners directly with plant leadership to drive operational excellence through financial insight, planning, and cost control.

Core Responsibilities

Partner with plant, quality, and operations teams to guide financial performance

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis

Maintain product cost standards, capital budgets, and inventory controls

Analyze plant financials and recommend improvements

Present insights to leadership for strategic decisions

Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls

Build financial awareness across the plant

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA preferred)

5+ years in manufacturing finance or accounting

Deep knowledge of standard costing, inventory control, and GAAP

ERP expertise (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills

Strong communicator and problem solver

Collaborative, hands-on leader who drives results
