Key Responsibilities
Define account assignments and quota to operationalize strategy
Revise strategies and plans based on new opportunities and changes
Provide coaching and mentorship for Area Vice Presidents (AVPs)
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of delivering revenue at or above target
Experience in client-facing roles with SaaS recurring revenue products
Experience managing five or more direct reports
Hands-on experience with sales and healthcare data
Demonstrated ability to grow and retain high-performing teams
