Our salary ranges from $36,000-$50,000 per year with monthly commissions. This is a Base + Commission role paid through W2.

OTE is $75,000 / yr with the top 50% of reps hitting OTE.

We are one of the fastest growing Farmers Insurance Agencies in the Midwest. We are looking to expand to 30+ staff by the end of 2026 and we would love for you to be a part of that growth!

Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering top-notch service.

• Make a high volume of phone calls to warm leads.
• Accept live transfers from our Telemarketing team.
• Help each customer make a logical decision that best suits them.
• Participate in team training and meetings.
