CPA Global Controller

A company is looking for a Global Controller to oversee accounting operations and manage financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, revenue recognition, and payroll

Ensure timely preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

Lead M&A transactions, including purchase price accounting and post-acquisition integration

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required

10+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience

Experience in a private equity owned company is required

Deep expertise in US GAAP and financial reporting

Proven ability to lead M&A financial integration
