Hi there! This is Jason from ProTouch Medical.

We are in search of a Locum / Contract Internal Medicine Physician for coverage in Madison County, Illinois.

The region is located in the Southwestern corner of the State, North of St. Louis.

The ideal Provider will be Board Certified in Internal Medicine and have an active Illinois license.

  • This Client offers competitive compensation for the right candidate.
  • ProTouch covers all travel expenses & malpractice with tail coverage.

Location : Madison County, Illinois.

Job Type : Locum / Contract

Duration of Assignment : January & February w / possibility to extend.

Shifts : Tuesday - Monday; 7p-7a

Practice Details :

  • Average Census 7AM : 72.7
  • Average Census Per Day Rounder : 16-18
  • Average Admissions by Nocturnist : 8-10
  • Average Unseen at 7AM : 5.9
  • Documentation system : Epic

    • Requirements :

  • Board Certified
  • IL state license
  • Covid Vaccination
  • Clean background

    Stage 1 - "Name-clear" - Have they heard of you or worked with you before?

  • One intro phone call to go over job details, field questions and learn more about you.
  • Current Up-to-Date CV (including Locums history)
  • Provider's Contact Info
  • Availability (For interview & 2025 availability on-going.)
  • NPI and / or License Number.

    • Stage 2 - "Full-Facility Submission" - Introducing you to the Leadership at the facility.

  • All pertinent Licenses & Certifications
  • Malpractice and / or Background Documentation (NPD)
  • References if Available.
  • Scope of Services if Applicable

    • You will likely have some questions that remain unanswered. These questions are typically best answered by the client themselves during the interview process. If you remain interested after we review the information I have shared here, our next step is a brief 10-15 min intro phone call to review all job details & field any questions you may have. This is followed by assembling and entering a facility submission on your behalf, so we can introduce you to the Team.
