DevOps Engineer | Tech Consultancy | Minneapolis, MN HQ (Remote)

Location : Minneapolis, MN HQ (Remote position but prefer mid-west location)

Salary : $130,000 $160,000 + Bonus

A tech transformation consultancy that focuses on DevOps and cloud solutions, with a goal to double in headcount this year.

Clients are industry-agnostic, with a strong presence in the Midwest and East Coast. Engineers work across multiple client engagements, so adaptability and strong communication skills are essential.

What the Role Involves

Delivering DevOps consulting and implementation
Working with multi?cloud environments : GCP and some Azure
Building Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible
Managing containerization with Kubernetes (GKS, AKS) and OpenShift
Implementing observability tools : Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus
Writing code in Python (highly desirable)

This is a fully client?facing role, requiring excellent soft skills and the ability to switch between different client environments.

What Im Looking For

Hands?on experience with multi?cloud platforms (GCP)

Strong skills in Kubernetes and OpenShift

Expertise in Terraform and Ansible

Familiarity with observability tools (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)

Experience building CI / CD pipelines

Python coding skills are a big plus

Prior experience in consultancy or tech transformation projects

Ability to communicate effectively and manage client relationships
