A company is looking for a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track KPIs, clinical outcomes, operational metrics, and financial performance
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to expose key data in the app and support A / B testing
Support strategic research and opportunity analysis by partnering with clinical, product, and operational leaders
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in analytics, data insights, or product analytics
2+ years of experience working with healthcare data (claims, EHR, EMR, or similar)
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools; familiarity with Snowflake and Sigma is a plus
A proactive self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems in a fast-paced startup setting
Highly organized with the ability to bring clarity and alignment to cross-functional work
