Key Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate on a day-to-day basis with potential residents regarding building availability and tours
• Orchestrate both new leases and lease renewals
• Follow up with prospective residents
• Assist in off-site and on-site marketing
• Properly respond to any resident concerns
• Meet with Property Manager on a daily basis to submit reports and review any ideas to assist with promoting leasing results
• Provide support to other leasing consultants

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 2 years of sales or property management experience (Preferred)
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and customer service skills
• Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, laws, and regulations.
• Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems
• Minimum Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
