The Business Intelligence Analyst supports the development and distribution of data and insights that measure and inform business / division activities, such as marketing and operations, to drive sales, analyze performance, and identify opportunities. This role will track, summarize, and distribute data that includes a variety of metrics and KPIs. This position will utilize a variety of tools and provide insights to various leaders and other constituents with reliable quantitative and qualitative data and reports to support decision-making and understanding of business performance.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field is required;
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial and / or marketing analysis;
• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Working knowledge and experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and pivot tables;
• Work experience in the restaurant and / or retail CPG industries is preferred;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills;
• Strong technical research skills;
• Confident presenting financial results to a non-financial audience;
• Experience deriving actionable business insights from imperfect data sets;
• Hybrid role - ability to work at the Home Office at least 3 days per week.

Pay Range : $88,518.56 - $98,353.84 yearly
