Job Title : EM Assembler

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on EM assembly.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools such as crimpers, drills, taps, and torque wrenches.
• Ability to interpret measurements using rulers, scales, or tape measures in both standard and metric units.
• Strong communication skills in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience with schematics and blueprints.

Work Environment

The work environment is very clean, well-lit, temperature-controlled, and highly organized. Each employee has a designated workstation for the day. The standard working hours are 7 AM to 3 : 30 PM, with half-day Saturdays from 7 AM to 12 : 30 PM encouraged.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northbridge, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr.
