- Monday - Friday schedule with flexible start and end times
- Work autonomously in skilled nursing facility setting
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatrics
- Focus on post-acute care including rehab and recovery patients
- Partnership opportunity available after initial employment period

- Experience preferred but new graduates with post-acute interest considered
