About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for its Waste and Recycling Services division. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and driving the growth of the waste and recycling category offering. This executive will be responsible for the overall management of the division, including client program management, vendor negotiations, compliance auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role demands a leader who can monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to keep the company's offerings competitive. The Senior Vice President will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with key clients, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate with sales and marketing to support new client acquisitions.

Applicants for the Senior Vice President position must have a minimum of 10 years' of extensive leadership experience in the waste and recycling service industry, with a preference for those who have held executive roles with service vendors. The ideal candidate will be a true industry leader, with a deep understanding of the inner workings of waste and recycling providers and the North American industry landscape. The role requires a proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, excellent communication skills, strong critical thinking, and a detail-oriented, organized approach.
