Occupational Therapist

Location : Skowhegan, ME

Agency : Clover Health Services

Pay : $2,081 per week

Shift Information : Evenings - 5 days

Contract Duration : 13 Weeks

Start Date : ASAP

About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Clover Health Services to find a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) in Skowhegan, Maine, 04976!

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical and psychological assessments.
  • Assess home and work environments.
  • Advise on adaptive equipment.
  • Develop physical rehabilitation programs.
  • Prepare clients for return to work.
  • Educate caregivers and family members.
  • Evaluate therapy effectiveness.
  • Maintain professional knowledge.
  • Comply with regulations.

Certifications / Requirements

  • Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) credential from NBCOT required.
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in OT from ACOTE-accredited program.
  • State licensure required (OTR / L).
  • CPR / BLS certification.

    • Experience

  • Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) or Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) from ACOTE-accredited program .
  • Level II Fieldwork (6 months minimum ).
  • Pass NBCOT exam.
