Troubleshooting and quickly resolving any machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Driving production by starting and maintaining continuous equipment operation to help the team reach its daily goals.
Preparing equipment for product runs, including cleaning, sanitizing, and making necessary adjustments.
Stocking materials and loading equipment with packaging supplies such as boxes, film, and trays.
Palletizing finished products and using computerized controls as needed.
Adhering to all plant rules and safety, sanitation, and good housekeeping practices.
Demonstrating strong teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure equipment is ready for production.
Monitor and adjust equipment to maintain quality production and minimize downtime.
