Implementation Specialist

Backed by Craft Ventures, SaaSGrid is the go-to tool for scaling SaaS companies. We’re looking to hire an Implementation Specialist to help our customers onboard and thrive on SaaSGrid.

What you’ll do

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist who can guide customers throughout the entire SaaSGrid customer journey. As our Implementation Specialist you will start as a hands-on doer, while simultaneously building playbooks we can use as the team scales. The main areas you will focus on are :

• Customer Onboarding. When customers get started on SaaSGrid, they need help integrating their systems (eg Salesforce, Stripe, Quickbooks) with SaaSGrid and interpreting their initial metrics. You will consult with customers on how to set-up their systems, help them configure SaaSGrid, and show them how to get the most out of the platform.
• Customer Success. As our customers build their companies, they have ongoing questions about metrics, analyses, and integrations. You will work with them to understand SaaSGrid and utilize new features. Additionally, you will convey feedback to our engineering team to help us build new features.
• Customer Commercials. Identify customers who are a good fit to be upsold and help run renewal conversations, in partnership with our sales team.

SaaSGrid has offices in San Francisco and New York. San Francisco is the preferred location for this role.
