Job Responsibilities
Shuttle Operation - Operate, on a scheduled basis, a CCHMC shuttle bus or any other CCHMC vehicle. Provide transportation to and from off-site parking and between campus and off campus sites.
Customer Service - Meet and exceed expectations through consistent delivery of customer service to passengers and visitors.
Vehicle Maintenance - Maintain a clean and safe vehicle. Ensure work areas are organized and present a safe, accessible, effective and efficient environment. Provide a safe and smooth shuttle experience for employees and visitors.
Special Assignments - Perform other driving duties as needed for Joint Commission visits, Re-entry outings for rehab patients, and Mobile Care Clinics.
Compliance - Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations involved within the Commercial Driver Licensure.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
Maintain current DOT physical card AND valid Commercial Drivers License with passenger endorsement
