As a Program Manager, you are responsible for driving complex, global data initiatives that require a blend of strategic oversight, operational rigor, and transformational leadership. You excel at managing cross-functional teams, navigating organizational complexity, and aligning delivery with evolving business goals. You thrive in dynamic environments where clarity, efficiency, and forward-thinking are essential. You're comfortable leading across time zones, partnering with stakeholders at all levels, and guiding teams through transition and change. With a strong background in enterprise operations and modern delivery models, you're passionate about optimizing how organizations work, through automation, agile practices, and a focus on long-term scalability.

Lead the end-to-end execution of a large-scale initiative to transition global data services from third-party vendors to in-house delivery teams offshore.

Align project plans with broader enterprise strategies, focusing on long-term optimization and transformation.

Support the implementation of a DevOps operating model, establishing agile, POD-based team structures that support faster delivery cycles, greater autonomy, and continuous improvement across data domains.

Monitor and coordinate efficiency enhancements through AI and automation integration, alongside ongoing evaluation and optimization of business processes.

Facilitate cross-regional collaboration by partnering with global stakeholders across functions and geographies to maintain alignment, surface risks early, and ensure transparent communication.

Track progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery meets quality, scope, and schedule expectations.

8+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on enterprise data operations and global delivery models.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement agile, POD-based delivery models.

Proven ability to lead successful project execution, drive change management initiatives, and develop effective tactical plans.

Skilled in delivering support through training and knowledge transfer, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring smooth transitions.

Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills across global teams and senior leadership.

PMP, SAFe, or similar Agile certification preferred.
