Process Engineering Consultant

A company is looking for a Process Engineering Consultant with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end process assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and operational transformation

Plan, develop, and implement process strategies to support a more efficient banking environment

Analyze process performance using data tools to support data-driven decision making

Required Qualifications

Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to process improvement initiatives

Background in process engineering or a related business function

Proficiency with data and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and VBA

Ability to analyze complex processes and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Strong collaboration skills and experience working with business and technology teams
