ASM is hiring a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join our Global Sales, Services & Spares IQ and Sustaining teams. In this role, you'll support semiconductor customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing advanced ASM equipment-while building strong, trusted partnerships with our clients.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair complex electronic and electro-mechanical semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Provide exceptional customer support with fast, high-quality responses, always prioritizing safety.
• Work independently to resolve highly complex technical issues, meeting project goals and timelines.
• Drive issue resolution using model-based problem-solving, coordinating with product support and engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot advanced hardware and process issues and document clear procedures for standard service activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying enhancements to processes, hardware, and software.
• Mentor and coach junior FSEs to support their skill development.
• Manage customer escalations and oversee beta-site projects.
