[job_card.job_description]Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the Metals Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance operational Develop and manage the divisions budget, ensuring cost-effective Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as Prepare regular reports on operational performance and financial Oversee the fabrication and production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of metal projects. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication and production issues Manage the supply chain to ensure the availability of raw materials and Optimize inventory levels to balance cost and Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry Promote a safe working environment and work with the Safety Group to conduct regular safety audits. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the metals or construction Proven track record of leadership and team Strong understanding of fabrication and production processes, quality control, and supply chain Excellent problem-solving and decision-making Strong financial acumen and budget management Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Director, Metals Division will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the divisions operations, including production, supply chain management, quality control, team leadership, and business development. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in metals manufacturing and construction, who can optimize processes, ensure safety compliance, and achieve operational goals.
