Responsibilities/Duties

Live-in Caregivers are NOT expected to provide "around-the-clock" care to clients. Arrangements are made to meet the Live-in Caregiver's room, board, and sleeping needs.

Duties vary depending on the individual client's plan of care. They can include all, or a selection of the following activities, and other authorized activities could be added to meet a specific client's needs.

• Assist with personal care activities including bathing and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transferring
• Assist with light cleaning and laundry
• Assist with meal preparation and eating
• Provide Companionship and friendly conversation with clients.
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment.
• Respect client confidentiality and privacy at all times.

Requirements/Qualifications

• 2 + years experience as professional caregiver (Required)
• High School Diploma / GED (Required)
• Current 2-step PPD, Chest X-Ray or Quantiferon Gold Test (Required)
• We will schedule and pay for your TB screening if yours is not current
