Job Responsibilities

• Perform detailed patient evaluations, including physical exams and thorough assessments of medical histories
• Assist in diagnosing surgical-related conditions through the analysis of imaging studies and laboratory results

• Provide intraoperative assistance, which includes preparing surgical environments, positioning patients appropriately, and managing surgical instruments during operations
• Offer exceptional pre-operative and post-operative care, including medication management, wound treatment, discharge planning, and patient education

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a recognized Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations with a strong surgical focus required

Certifications

• Current and unrestricted PA-C certification
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
