Job Location: Austin, TX.


DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

• Client requires the services of ERP Developer , hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of ERP Developer , Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the client.
• Reviews, analyzes, and modifies the programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Ensures that software can be completely integrated into the ERP system. Coordinates software integration and maintains technical documentation.
• The candidate must have experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM Accounts Receivable and Billing modules and excel in ETL procedures to convert data from a legacy system into PeopleSoft and create new interface programs to and from third-party systems.
• The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work effectively with a large remote team.
• Other duties include standard SDLC tasks and others project tasks as needed. Depending on the project phase, some off-hours may be required.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Requirements:.

• years of experience required working with PeopleSoft FSCM Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
• years of experience required developing with PeopeTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, Cobol, SQR).
• years of experience required developing with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• years of experience required working with advanced SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle database.
• years of experience required with Linux OS scripting.
• years of experience required working with AWE.
• years of experience required analyzing business requirements and creating technical design documents.
• years of experience required (at least years) experience with Microsoft O applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
• years of experience required (at least years) experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
• years of Preferred Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
• years of Preferred Experience working with the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system.
• years of Preferred Experience working with the Treasury Offset Program (TOP).
• years of Preferred Experience with SharePoint.
• year of Preferred Experience with Jira.
• year of Preferred Experience working with the Scrum framework.
• year of Preferred Experience with STAT.
