[job_card.job_description]Help to maintain supply of non-inventory materials needed for warehouse operations Responsible for vendor management in the Epicor system Work with team to ensure all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders Purchase order review to ensure accuracy with the Buyer Management of supplier delivery schedules Work with Operations Mgr & Buyer to develop and maintain part data maintenance Work with Operations Mgr & Production Planning Team to accurately enter BOM / MOM Resolution of discrepancies with shipments and invoices Provide spreadsheet analysis for incoming inventory planning to maintain inventory levels Follow-up with suppliers to ensure timely shipment and receipt of orders Handle and reconcile receiving and invoicing issues Help all manufacturing & operations departments as needed Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) Attention to detail and ability to multi-task with a strong sense of urgency Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively, to facilitate positive communication between intercompany departments Comfortable with change Self-motivated with the ability to manage functions independently Strong organizational skills for follow-up Experience with Epicor a plus Possess problem solving skills to resolve and mitigate issues Self-motivated and self-directed Proficient Excel & Office computer skills
