This Primary Care Locum Tenens assignment is located just outside of Los Angeles.Duration : March 1 October 31Schedule : Full-timeShift : Monday Friday 8a-5p (one hour for lunch)Call : nonePatient volume : 18 ppdScope : All ages or adult only. Outpatient primary care. EMR : Epic (experienced required)Affiliated Hospital : 800 beds, level I trauma centerGroup / support : MA supportRequirements : Clean NPDB (non-negotiable), COVID Vaccinated (non-negotiable), Board certified, CA license and California DEA.Malpractice provided plus an all-inclusive rate with additional mileage reimbursementAssistance with credentialing provided 30 days Please let me know your availability and contact information.
