Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler where you will be responsible for assembling mechanical systems in accordance with customer specifications using detailed production drawings. Your role will involve integrating and connecting fluid systems, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and coolant components, based on technical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical systems using detailed production drawings.
• Integrate and connect fluid systems based on technical schematics.
• Estimate project timelines to support accurate customer quoting and planning.
• Record each step of the build process for future diagnostics and reference.
• Collaborate with machine assembly teams and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Organize and archive project data to anticipate and fulfill future customer needs.
• Review completed projects against initial estimates to refine forecasting and improve delivery accuracy.

Work Environment

The work schedule is from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM with a 30-minute lunch. Breaks and lunches are scheduled. The facility is very clean, temperature-controlled, and well-lit, providing a comfortable work setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00 / hr.
