Urology Locums with Block Scheduling in Pennsylvania Seeking a Urologist for flexible, ongoing Locums coverage in Pennsylvania, offering valuable experience and the chance to choose shifts that fit your life. Secure your preferred dates now! Highlights Only 4-8 shifts per month still available; you pick the dates that work for you. Block scheduling possible for maximum time off between assignments. Long-term contract potential after initial assignment. Inpatient and outpatient mix allows for varied clinical work. Travel and lodging provided for your temporary assignment. Practice Setting Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient settings. Average daily volume of 5-15 inpatients and 5-8 consults. Full hospital support staff provided; provider works solo. Caring for an adult patient population. Schedule Mon & Fri Clinic : 7a-5p; Night Call : 5p-7a; 24hr Weekend Call : 7a-7a . In-House and Telephone Call required with a 30-minute response time. No clinic on weekends. Procedures and Cases General Urology cases are the main focus. Day-to-day includes rounding, consults, and necessary procedures. Procedures include Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, Lithotripsy, Stents, and Hydroceles. Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology within 5 years . Must hold BLS and DEA certifications. Minimum of 60 months of experience required. Credentialing Requirements Credentialing takes 60-90 days, but temp privileges are available with a clean background.
